Matt from Ship-A-Car Direct was probably one of the best examples of customer service I've experienced. He made the process of shipping a vehicle across the country as simple as possible and was always helpful and honest with answering my questions. The carrier that was assigned to us was a little less professional, but the driver still got the job done well. We had to be flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, but it's understandable considering the demands of the task. Initially, shipping a vehicle from Tennessee to California seemed very intimidating, but Ship-A-Car Direct and the carrier that was found for us made it as tolerable as I can imagine. Overall, I am happy with the process.
