From initial contact with Karen to communicating with Frank after pick up everything was smooth as silk even after I had to change my delivery address. Frank said ok no problem. Truck was surprising clean upon arrival. I thought after the miles behind a semi it would be filthy, it wasn't. Great job ship a car. Thanks on time,polite and a undamaged vehicle = perfect
