The company representative, Eric,helped me out every step of the way. First, he explained the nature of the business, which you need to understand to fully know how to go about your shipment, and what to expect. I now understand what dictates the price, how time of the year affects it and every basic need to know about the business. This will really help me out in the future when and if I transfer to a different state again. Eric constantly updated and communicated with me before, during and after shipment. It was a very smooth, quick shipment for me. If I may have have just one suggestion - I really hope that there is a standard area in each town, city etc that will have a large open area where the actual physical loading and unloading of the vehicle will take place. Truck drivers should then suggest that place that we can conduct the physical transfer of the vehicle for convenience. An 18 wheeler definitely needs ample space to move about. I was lucky that we were able to load in a truck rest stop along the freeway which had ample space and was not too far away where I lived.

Thanks for the positive review, Joseph! And to your point, there aren't designated hubs in every town just for transporters, but if a truck can't reach a residential area they will meet in a shopping mall parking lot or something like that. It varies depending on the region/location.
