I was very hesitate to pay to have my car shipped across the country but the research I did paid off. Even though they were not the "cheapest", they were without a doubt the BEST!! You definitely get what you pay for and I got more than what I anticipated.

I literally called on a Monday and pickup occurred the next day at 9:00am. The driver of the carrier was very friendly and put me at ease. He went over every inch of the car and documented every scratch and ding on the paperwork. He loaded the car with care and off he went. Btw...he said the car would arrive either Friday or Saturday.

Fast forward a few days and on Thursday night, the driver called me and said he'd be dropping the car off the next morning. I said "the earlier the better" and what happens, I get a call at 7:00am saying he was 30 minutes a way. WOW! When he arrived, we again went over every inch of the car and minus some bug splatters and dirt, was exactly the way he picked it up.

When we move back to the West Coast, we will definitely be using Ship a Car Direct again. Their due diligence on carriers is evident in my experience! I only wish I can give them more than 5 stars!!
