I am using their service 2nd time. It was good in the first and better this time. I had to postpone the car shipment due change in move-date. They handled it well and cancelled the shipment without any fuss, even though a carrier was already assigned. I also got the carrier for new move date, 6th July, the very next day of long weekend. Yes had to pay a little extra but that was my need, so no regret.
