I booked mine on a Monday night, and courier was already available to pick up my car from California Tuesday afternoon. The customer service assigned to me communicated with me via telephone and email at all times keeping me up-to-date and informed me from start to finish. She is just exceptionally good at communicating. This company is upfront about the cost, the estimate is what you pay and no surprise or last minute charges. My car arrived in Georgia on Friday morning, the courier was friendly , called me a day before the delivery date and delivered my car as he scheduled. Great company, I paid $35 more from a competitor estimate but this company had better reviews and I am glad I got the same excellent service. Worth the extra $35.
