Overall I am quite satisfied with the service as a whole. The reason why I did not give a full 5 star rating was because of the carrier service that was assigned to me. I was promised a certain day and time by them so I had made plans to meet that was set during my work hours only to find out they were going to deliver my vehicle later that night by the transport company way after the expected deliver time of the day. So I thought to myself a courtesy call would've been nice rather than worrying and waiting all day for them to return my calls. It gets close to midnight and another no show from the transport company. I finally called the broker co and was told that the delivery date was for the following day. I thought to myself, "Wow, that's new to me." The following day I get a call from the carrier service "Cowant Transport" no apology whatsoever and was told that it would be delivered during my lunch hour so that worked out for me. My car came back clean and damage free so that was a relief. The delivery time for my vehicle was still on the faster side than what I've experienced before average being 7-10 days. Mine was delivered in 4. My only advice to them was to communicate with their customers even by via text just to give a courtesy heads up stating if you'll be on time or late. Also, if possible or maybe I missed it in one the emails sent to me by Stefan "the broker" if we the customers can receive a message giving us a date of when our vehicles will be delivered. Other than that I am definitely using this service again as soon as I am done with my mobilization from the Army to return home.
