Once we were advised that the pickup was to be on July 7th, the driver of the carrier arrived exactly when we were told. He was clearly competant, and with care and precision he loaded our Toyota Prius onto the carrier. The day of delivery, we were called several hours in advance and the car was delivered well within the three hour window we had been given. The car arrived in exactly the same condition as it had been in in New Jersey, and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone who asked. The broker through whom we booked the transport was readily available to answer our questions, and everything want according to plan. The price was competitive with other quotes we had received.
