Wish the pick up driver have given better pick up time. When the order the place, the shipping company wait till the day before to tell you when they are going to pick up you vehicle.

Thanks for your feedback, Cortney. Sorry there isn't more advanced notice around confirmation and that carriers can only provide arrival estimates. This industry is more fluid because routes and drive times are different from week to week - there are no regular routes or hubs.
