I requested a quote online and they called me with an estimate that was a bit higher than that. I decided to go with the company due to the good reviews submitted by others. They work fast but being that I shipped from Chicago, chances were really good I would be able to find a carrier very easily. I wish they had some discounts to offer, like military or student, etc. but they do not. Another option is to call the carrier companie(s) yourself and see what they charge and then decide for yourself if the brokerage fees and the guarantees they come with are worth it. The car arrived on time, not too dirty and with no damage. Communication was prompt and phones were answered by dispatch or the driver (depending on whom I called) every time. The company that ended up delivering my vehicle was PM Auto Transport and I was very satisfied with their service. Apparently they only cover the East Coast at this time so if that is what you need, I would recommend giving them a call. Otherwise, you’re out of luck but I’m sure that Ship A Car Direct would find someone in no time. Thanks.
