Didn't get final confirmation of my requested pick up date until that very day but after that things flowed smoothly. Stefan was attentive and responsive. Only complaint is that he told me that I could get my rebate in advance of filling out this eval but I've not seen that.

Thanks for your feedback, Bob! Yes, it's very common that carrier availability is confirmed within 24 hours of pick-up. Long distance hauling is a very fluid industry - schedules, routes & drive times vary from week to week depending on weather, traffic, etc.
