The level of customer service was impeccable. There were informative videos to watch before booking and I was contacted daily with updates. The lines of communication remained open right through the time my car was delivered, and even afterward for follow-up. The driver even made his cell phone # available to me once the car was picked up so that I could get status updates. When he got stuck in traffic, he even called to tell me he was running 20 minutes late. That level of attention is hard to find in this day and age. The price was reasonable and it made life so much easier than trying to arrange travel for myself to pick up the car on my own. I am very pleased!
