No issues with transport, would use ship a car direct again

Communication through emails and phone calls was outstanding with ship-a-car-direct.
There were no takers at the price offered for the transport as of the 2nd day of pickup window, so we had to increase the price offered. Karen suggested $100 but I didn't have time to waste so I told her increase it $200. After the price was increased, the job got taken within 10 minutes!
The car arrived at the destination sooner than expected, and in perfect shape.
I really liked the high level and frequency of communication Karen at ship-a-car-direct gave. The process was very smooth, even with the increased price at the last minute. I am satisfied with the level of service and the price I paid. :)
