Ship A Car Direct was really great to work with. I researched many auto transport companies and selected David even though their quote was a little higher than a few of the others. David communicated by email frequently during the process and called on the phone as necessary. When I wanted to speak with David, he answered or called back within a few minutes.

The reason I chose Ship A Car Direct was because their website was extremely informative. It explained to me how the process worked. Basically, all of the shipping companies put the order out to carriers and the carriers bid on the job. The shipping companies act like brokers. Once I understood that all of the brokers work this way, that I was not going to be dealing with the trucking company directly on the front end, then it became about who did I trust with my car.

Ship A Car Direct was so up front about the process and David was so communicative, it became a no-brainer.

I thought it would take anywhere from 4-8 days for my car to be transported and delivered from Colorado to Atlanta. It arrived the next night! It's almost as good as FedEx next day delivery! It arrived so quickly, the person receiving the car was not available until early the next morning. The carrier waited overnight, met my friend for the delivery and that was it. The car arrived in the same condition it left.

David and Ship A Car Direct deserve kudos and props for how well they handled this transport. I will definitely use them again.
