This was my first experience shipping a car. I had no idea which company to choose. After narrowing t down to two highly rated companies, it was my contact with Kay that made me choose Ship a Car Direct. She was very patient and helpful with all my many "first timer" questions. The hauler was careful with my car and delivered it in the same condition as when it was picked up and on the date promised. Overall, the whole experience was excellent.
