Ship-A-Car Direct does know how to market their services. I receiver almost daily emails regarding their services and things to be aware of when hiring a transporter. The prices was fair and competitive. The broker (Tom) was really helpful and made the order and deposit process easy. He was there when I had a question or advice and communicated wiith the shipper as needed.

The car arrived on Saturday afternoon (8/15) and he (Alberto- the driver) called me in the AM to tell me when he would arrive at my house. He was right on time and allowed me to take all the pictures I needed. There was no damage...only1600 miles of dust and dirt.

James (from JJ Auto Transport) would take my calls and get back to me as needed. The only thing I didn't find out until I talked to James and Alberto (late in the week) was that they were unable to pick the car up from Texas Direct Auto in Stafford, TX until Monday AM since the auto shipping dept was closed over the weekend. I was led to believe that the car was picked up Friday (8/7).
