Smooth transport, reassuring pleasant driver

I arranged this transport for a family member who was quite nervous about the safety of his car. Karen sent lots of videos about the whole process, which helped us decide on the company in the first place. Her communication was stellar! Our transport company, Q Express contacted us, as promised, about the name and contact number of our driver, Andy. Although we got a pickup window, we were expecting the driver to arrive the day before and did not receive any call. When I called, Q Express contacted the driver and said he would be there the next day. We had to met Andy at WalMart because his large truck would not fit down our street. This was Wednesday. Andy was very reassuring to my brother and told him he would take good care of his car. That was so important! We were surprised to get a call on Andy on Monday saying he was already in California and we arranged on a meeting place, another WalMart. That seemed OK to us seeing his truck was so big. Love Andy!!
