My daughter got a job with a quick start date in Dallas and she needed to get her car delivered from SC as quickly as possible. We started the booking process with another company and started to get a bad feeling almost immediately due to a lack of responsiveness. We cancelled with them and then booked the transport with Ship a Car Direct after reading their on line reviews and their BBB rating. Every step up the process went perfectly. Our customer service rep Kay was always available whenever we called and could not have been more helpful. Her follow up was flawless and their website "how to" videos were very helpful in understanding how the shipment process works and how to ensure that there would be no problems. The contracted trucker showed up to pick up the car exactly when he promised and he dropped the car off in Dallas exactly as promised (3 days after he picked it up). We had zero damage or any issues. Kay followed up after the delivery to check that everything went smoothly. If you need to ship a car, pick these guys they are awesome.
