A Stress Free Experience!!!

Moving across country is an extremely stressful experience. After reading many glowing reviews, I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct even though I could go elsewhere for less. I just wanted my car transported damage free and having piece of mind and a stress free experience was worth the few extra dollars. Alex was great to work with, he kept me informed and was always easy to reach on a direct line and I felt like I was speaking with a friend rather than a company. My MINI required a closed carrier due to it's low clearance (which increased the cost significantly). But after meeting the driver/owner who was transporting my car, I was glad my car was shipped this way. He wraps the car in plastic to keep oil, dirt and debris off your car. My friend told me that when she moved a car across country her car was unwrapped on the bottom of an open carrier and when it arrived it was covered in oil from the car above. I was glad that this would NOT be my experience, especially since my car is a convertible. The driver/owner also told me that once my car was in place it wouldn't be moved until I picked it up and from the position in the carrier I could tell this was true. Also a closed carrier generally contains more expensive cars and I think more care is taken with the load. I found the Ship A Car Direct videos to be informative an very helpful. My car arrived 100% damage free and earlier that I expected. The transporter did not charge extra for holding my car for 4 days while I was driving to AZ. I HIGHLY recommend Ship A Car Direct and the company they chose to transport my car.
