I recently shipped a car from San Diego area to North Carolina through Ship a Car Direct. My experience with Ship a Car Direct was good - Kay was in constant communication, and when there was a bit of a miscommunication regarding what day I wanted the car shipped by v. the car ship window she cleared it up for me quickly so everything worked out in time.

That being said, what I was most impressed with was the outstanding customer service I received through Sam with 1320 Auto Transport LLC (the shipping company Ship a Car Direct put me in touch with). He was so professional, friendly and polite, and always in contact with me when he needed to be. He went out of his way to help me when our pick up contact in North Carolina changed. Literally out of his route to help us. I was so impressed and thankful.

1320 Auto Transport LLC is a wonderful carrier and if Sam is any indication, they have outstanding employees. I hope Ship a Car Direct continues to use them in the future. And a huge THANK YOU to Sam at 1320 Auto Transport, LLC for making my experience so great!
