Gaby was very attentive to my needs and very reassuring when I was not certain of the process. The videos, especially the one about taking delivery, were helpful. The truck driver was very courteous and although we had some doubts because it appeared to be a very small company (a one man, one truck thing) he was on time, friendly and managed the transport with no damage or issues.
