Ship a Car Direct successfully transported my car with minimum effort. I am very well pleased with the service.

As part of a job move from Nevada to Alabama, we had an extra vehicle to transport, my hobby car. The car is an older SUV with oversized tires and a suspension lift. I decided to ship the car due to the hot July weather during the move and no AC in the vehicle. I have never shipped a car before. The first thing that impressed me was the care and concern of the customer service. Tom, my agent, took me through the process without pressure to commit. He was patient and professional, and very knowledgeable on the best way to meet my needs.

I was able to arrange for my friend to hand over the car to the driver. The flexibility was not a problem for the company. I received emails regularly to keep me informed of the progress. These emails also contained helpful tips to make the move easier for me, the shipper. I think the clear and helpful emails were the best part of Ship a Car Direct. I never felt in the dark. Tom always followed through. I always had the contact info for the company and the individual driver who took my car.

The driver was excellent. Courteous and quick. He handled the vehicle perfectly. No damage. He picked up when he said he would and dropped off when he said he would. No complaints at all.

The experience was smooth and secure. If I ship again, I have no reason to go anywhere else- I'll use Ship a Car Direct. Jim
