Recently we decided to check about shipping a car across country to our grandson. Research revealed that Ship a Car Direct was a very reputable company so we contacted them and were glad we did. Our point of contact, David, made the process very easy. He arranged for the carrier to meet us at a pick up point and drop off point we chose. He kept us advised of what we needed to do, even providing information that we hadn’t considered, so there were no questions or surprises and responded immediately when we contacted him. The carrier he selected was also responsive when we checked on the status during transport. The car was delivered on time in the same condition as it was when we delivered it. We highly recommend using a Ship a Car Direct broker for shipping a vehicle. Dealing with one person who took care of all the details made this a headache free process and we would definitely contact David again should we need to move another vehicle.
