Angela successfully placed me in contact with a carrier to transport my SUV from North Carolina to Washington state. There was a miscommunication between ship a car direct and the carrier about the size of my vehicle which also affected the price. Angela made sure that their company took full responsibility for this and covered the difference in price. She also kept in contact with me throughout the shipping process. She followed up with each step until she was sure delivery was a success with my vehicle arriving safely. With all of the different companies to filter through online, I had confidence in this company with its good rating on BBB and reviews. I would use this company again.
