I am so happy that I chose this company to transport my mom's car from FL to AZ. They were fantastic. David was the rep who set everything up for me and the customer service he provided me was top notch. He kept me in the loop as to what was going on and if I had any questions he was quick to respond.
The car was scheduled for pickup on a Wednesday morning and the driver called the day before to see if he could pick it up that evening. He said, if not, he would wait until morning. It was no problem for us and he picked it up when he said he would. The driver was very friendly and efficient. We were very surprised when we got a call less than 3 days later that the car had already been delivered to my home. I really wish they could have taken the furniture with them. We're still waiting on that... it's a 9 day transport.
I can't say enough about the great service I received. Thank you David/Ship a car and Crown transportation for your spectacular service. I will definitely recommend you.
