Karen at Ship A Car Direct was very friendly and communicated very well throughout the process. This was the first time we had every shipped a car and she gave GREAT customer service throughout. GSI Carriers also did a good job. The Driver was professional, the truck was clean and in good shape and delivered the car a day early. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct and would gladly use them again.
