My experience was fine. I was told that once my car was delivered I would receive a $30.00 rebate. I was not informed that in order for me to receive the rebate, I must first complete a survey. Other than that I was pleased. The vehicle was dirty due to the outdoor elements, therefore there are no complaints in that area. A simple wash resolved that.
