I was initially hesitant about the prospect. Did research, all seemed worrisome, not sure who they were, how reliable, how honest etc. Chose Ship A Car Direct based on reviews and BB rating. Karen was very helpful from the start. She was knowledgeable and informative. First transporter to pick up the job was a disaster..a nightmare, and on a Sunday. I was a wreck over this, thinking my worst dream was coming true. However Karen made contact with me on a Sunday!! She was as upset as I was that this problem was occurring. We cancelled the 1st trucker. By next day we had new transporter. they were professional, and on time and reliable. The car was delivered in 6 days as promised, very smooth and no problems. Having someone like Karen to help and someone who took her job and customer service seriously, made all the difference in the world. Her company has the right people if they are all like her. Her service was above and beyond what would be expected from a traditional broker service and is what attributes to the good ratings they seem to have.
