Ship a Car direct made moving my car very easy. Once I had established my pick-up window, all I had to do was wait for the truck to arrive. It would have been nice to know a little further in advance when the pick-up was going to take place, but I think that had more to do with the shipper than with Ship-a-Car direct. There was also some confusion on the drop-off: the driver contacted me at 10pm to arrange a drop off at 1 am, then ended up pushing the drop-off back to 6 am. I lost a little sleep that night, but the car was there in perfect order at 6 am so ultimately not that big a problem. David at Ship-A-Car direct was easy to get in touch with throughout the process - I would recommend the company to anyone shipping their car cross-country.
