Very Pleased With David And Ship A Car Direct

While it took a few days for me to get a response after my initial inquiry on a shipping quote, once David made contact e was their to guide me through the rest of the process. I could tell that he worked hard to secure not only a reliable carrier, but also one that would get my vehicle to a lower traffic area. The carrier, Motion Auto Carriers, was flexible and prompt on the pick up which ended up being at 9pm. Their was a slight issue upon delivery when I was contacted by the carrier late on Saturday night, a week before the original delivery date, saying that they would be delivering it the next day. I was not given proper notice in order to gather payment due to the fact that they accepted only cash, money order or cashiers check and it was after all business hours with no business hours on Sunday, the day of delivery. After conversations with the driver and his boss they were able to accept a credit card payment and still deliver the vehicle. David did contact me in order to mediate the situation as well. I was pleased with the service on both ends and would recommend them to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
