Our transmission in our car broke down in the middle of the desert and we had to get towed Kingman by AAA. The shop we had it towed to wanted a small fortune to replace the transmission so we rented a car to drive home to try and figure out what to do next with our vehicle. I found a shop locally that agreed to repair it for a much cheaper rate so we decided to have the car transported back. I found Ship a Car Direct through Google and got an estimate quoted very quickly. They were able to have the car picked up and delivered to the repair shop without me being present. The car was picked up and delivered over 220 miles away all in one day. The best part was is we were able to have our car transported and repaired locally for $500 less than if we had it repaired in Kingman and we didn't have to drive back to pick it up. We were very pleased with the whole process and it took some of the sting out of us breaking down so far away from home.
