This was my first time having my car transported, so naturally I was nervous and did a lot of research. I eventually decided to use ship a car direct as my broker since they had one of the best reviews and reasonable prices. I made the right decision! I initially placed my order on June 5 and my carrier was assigned by June 10. Pick up was for June 13. The only thing I would suggest would be to alert customers of the carrier before the carrier contacts the customer. I received contact from the carrier before ship a car direct informed me of my carrier, so I was initially surprised and unsure of the status of the transport. Otherwise, my car arrived in IL just as I left it in CA. The carrier was able to pick up outside my apartment complex and dropped off very close to my apartment complex in IL. I recommend ship a car direct for a very easy and stress free car transport experience!
