Matt, the representative who assisted me, was very helpful, prompt, and professional. Was easy to communicate with and responds to calls and emails in a convenient amount of time. He also provided me with all the information I needed, and information I myself didn't even know I would need. Very good customer service. No shipping company is perfect, but this one is definitely one of the top ones.
