I called early Monday morning and told them that the car had to be picked up that day or else it would be 10 days later. They picked up the car that early afternoon. That was excellent. They kept in touch with me during the travel time from St. Louis to Florida and even gave me the drivers cell phone number. I talked to him three times and he was always very courteous. The car arrived at my house on time and in excellent condition. I would certainly recommend Ship a car direct to anyone needing prompt service.
