Ship a car direct did an outstanding job shipping my car from coast to coast. I chose the company based on their BBB rating as well as the great transport reviews. I have to say they were better than I expected. The frequent emails were educational and reassuring. Please watch the videos if you have never shipped a vehicle. Although it took a few more days than I was told,14 total, the communication was great from Ship a Car Direct. The hauler CAA, broke down midway and the car was a little dirty but both issues are to be expected for such a long trip. Once the drop off date was determined CAA was on time and very professional. Karen kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct!
