My car arrived in perfect condition and since I love my car, that was the biggest concern for me when transporting it. Personnel was friendly. I didn't give it highest marks only because it arrived 2 days after I was told it would be here initially. It did arrive in the window they gave me at the time of the quote. Took 10 days to go from WA to FL. Would have just liked a followup call telling me the new estimated date, once they knew that the estimated date had passed. Also for some reason even though I was the one that requested the quote and paid for it. The transport company didn't get my phone number but only my friends who was the pick up contact. Luckily the my friend gave them my contact information. Cost was very reasonable. Only $1,175 to take my Honda CRV from Seattle, WA to Tampa FL.
