I had never shipped a car before and chose this company based on the reviews on consumeraffairs.com. I was very nervous because I have had a few bad experiences relying on online reviews, but didn't know what else to use to make a decision for something like this. I am extremely pleased with the service and overall experience. Matt was fabulous - he gave me a great rate when I told him my situation, explained the process, including the fact that the rate could make it harder to get my car on a truck, and was very responsive. My first contact was on a Tuesday. My car was picked up on Wednesday afternoon and delivered on Friday afternoon. I received a small rebate, but genuinely and wholeheartedly recommended Matt and Ship A Car Direct.
