I needed to ship 2 cars from CA to NY on short notice. I only had a few days to secure something. Matt told me he would get it done, and he did. I also had narrow window for pickup. They made it work. Pickup was on time, drop off was on time (and quicker than I thought). L.A. to NY in about a week. Price was in line with other quotes, bit cheaper than most. One of my cars was brand new and I was stressing on shipping across country. Once I scheduled and met driver I was put at ease. Communication was good regarding updates on timing. The transport truck could not get to my house due to small streets. Not his fault. So he found a spot few miles away and drove one car to me and helped go back and forth to get both cars to my house. It was late night and the driver offered to wait till morning as well, "whatever was best" he said. After horror stories I've heard of car transporting I was quite afraid. But this was painless, professional, and seamless.
