It took me almost a month to search for a reliable carrier to ship my lovely brand new car from Oregon to California. Since this is my 1st time transporting a car, I was worry about everything & didn't know who I should trust. Finally by reading customer reviews & rating from many websites, I decided leaving my car with Ship A Car Direct. Gaby, a customer service rep, helped me to clear all my fears & turned it to an excellent experience. She kept me posted everyday while looking to assign a carrier for me. Just a few days after signing an agreement, my car was assigned to Save-On Transport. Gaby sent me all information step by step to prepare for a pick up & made me feel that Ship A Car Direct was standing behind to protect me & to assure my car is safe during the trip. My car was picked up on time. The driver from Save-On Transport was wonderful. He updated me pretty often during the trip & delivered my car a day earlier in an excellent condition, no damage at all.
I want to thank Ship A Car Direct, especially Gaby & Save-On Transport to build my trust in this service. I absolutely will recommend it to my family & friends.
