I'm glad I found "Ship a Car Direct". I am pretty sensitive to customer service. I first called another company and was alerted at the way the manager spoke to me on the phone. I was going to use them because they were close to the location the car was being taken to. They were less than professional and rude. I then called Ship a Car Direct and the experience was pleasant from the beginning to the end. Tom was polite and knowledgeable. He promptly responded to any questions that I had. The transporter was just as polite. A+ transaction from beginning to the end. I would not think twice about choosing them again. They are professional, prompt, honest and a pleasure to do business with.
