Car Delivered Cross country to daughter in college

My daughter flew to CA from OH to return to college after having taken some time off. It was imperative that her car arrive on time, as she did have textbooks she needed in the car that she could not pack for flight. I was nervous about the whole idea of having the car shipped and was nervous about the timing of everything. Alex, our driver, was kind and an excellent communicator. Car picked up on time and delivered a day earlier. My daughter's flight had not arrived yet, so Alex stayed overnight in the area and set a time to deliver the car the next morning. We were all so relieved and happy with the service from start to finish. We scheduled the transport only one week before pickup. They called me back the very next day with an assigned driver (Alex). Excellent communication and customer service. Will use again and very highly recommend
