This was my second experience in shipping one of my personal vehicles and this latest one was great. The only negative thing was my vehicle needed a wash after the transport, but it was raining when I meet the transporter and the North Dakota dist wind storm might really be the real issue with the need for the wash.

I give high marks to Ship A Car Direct and Angela for all the communications before, during and time of delivery of my vehicle. The actual truck transporter (Co-Driver) called to set up a good pickup location for me. Also, the transporter call to set up another good location for my delivery of my vehicle.

Rest assured all was fine with my vehicle. The way the driver attached and secured my vehicle to the transporter trailer was great. It didn't move an inch.

All the open communications was key in my great experience 5 stars. Thank you Angela at Ship A Car Direct.

It's so true, cars need a good wash after being transported for hundreds of miles! Glad it was otherwise easy for you, Steve!
