A very abrupt move from Texas to California required me to scramble for a company to transport one of my cars. I found Ship A Car Direct online, and contacted them. I received a quick response and the process was very smooth from contact to deposit, then finally the assignment to a car carrier. Matt was VERY professional in the face of a couple of hitches regarding the specific companies....however he came through for me in the nick of time!!!!!!! Had my car picked up by a VERY good transport company. The dispatch was professional and the driver was VERY nice and thorough. I thought it would take AT LEAST a week to get my car the 1400 mile distance, HOWEVER my car arrived safe and sound a mere 3 DAYS LATER. I wouldn't hesitate to contact or use Matt's service again. The price was VERY reasonable, and the result was equally great!! I own a BMW, and simply wouldn't entrust that kind of car to anyone, so I want to thank Matt for providing such a smooth experience for me!!
