This was our first ever really big move- nearly 2,000 miles- so we were more than a little apprehensive and nervous, especially after reading reviews from the many different carriers. But after much research, and a lot of questions answered by Matt, we decided to go with Ship A Car Direct.
Everything that Matt told us happened exactly as he said it would, cost us what he said it would, and our car actually arrived safe, sound and on time!
The drivers were very polite and kind. This could have been a huge source of stress, but Matt's reassurance and confidence in the drivers made ALL the difference to us!
Ship A Car Direct does offer a small incentive to write a review, but there is nothing that says the review has to be a positive one. They asked for our feedback, and I am not only happy to give it, but glad b to give a positive review and would have done so without any compensation.
I would gladly refer friends and family to them. They have been AMAZING!
