I would like to say that I had no idea of how this all worked, this being my first experience with auto transport. Matt,(my contact person), explained the process in great detail until he was sure that I understood everything that I wanted and needed to know. After talking with him I felt that I picked the right company. He sent great pointers to be aware of through the entire process, and my calls were always answered or returned very promptly. The driver was also very courteous by calling me ahead to let me know when he would be there. and the driver was there at the exact time that he said he would be. The driver went over the Bill of Laden with me and assured me that my vehicle would arrive to me safe and on time, which it did. I was so pleased that my first auto transport experience was such a great one. Thanks!!!
