I want to start by saying all the excellent reviews about this company is absolutely true. We moved from CA to New Jersey. We used another company last June 2015 for my husband's car and what a nightmare that was. They did not deliver his car for another 3 weeks from the agreed date, no follow up calls and when he tried to negotiate for a rental car they were rude and kept saying its out of their control because the transport broke down! He was stress starting a new job and then this problem. We were convinced that the car was stolen and they were "fake".
Imagine my fear when it was my turn to ship my car. I surely did not want this horrible experience again and wanted to use another company.

My experience with Ship A Car Direct was incredible. It was very easy to locate the company online. then from the time you agree ( by phone) to take their services everything went smoothly than I can ever imagine.
The first time I spoke with Dale I was very hesitant because of the cost. Its a little more money than I can afford but Dale was very accommodating to look for a discount for us. He clearly explained every detail of the transaction and there is no second guessing.
We are not aware that all shipping companies use other transport services so I was very hesitant but after he clearly reviewed how they work I felt at ease.( this was not explained to us from the previous company)
He gave me the date for pick up in CA and I was surprised that they did it so quickly my mother -in-law did not have time to bake "galettes for my husband. Per my sister they were very professional and courteous . After a few days ( total 7 days) I got a call from the transport that my car arrived.
They gave me a pick up place, showed timely said thank you and that was it.
I was completely shocked. I cannot believe this happened.
SHIP A CAR DIRECT is real, fast and no hassle.Thank you for an incredible service! The little extra cost is worth every penny. Don't look elsewhere go with this company.
