I came to Ship A Car Direct while I was in a pinch. My dad was moving to China in 3 days and I had just purchased his car from him. I live in Michigan, he lived in Nevada. Flying out there and driving the car back would cost in the neighborhood of $1500-1800 and I would miss 2 days of work. I frantically began looking for an alternative, for a company to handle it all for me. I reached out to several shipping companies but either never heard back from them or was told the time table was too short. However, that was not the case when I was connected to Karen from Ship A Car Direct.

Karen made no certain promises but she took the time to thoroughly explain the process to me. She showed me how I could maximize the chances of getting my car picked up and offered solutions of what to do if that didn't happen. Upon request she even called my parents to explain the process to them. She made us feel comfortable with what was going on which earned her our trust.

The average bid for the route I needed was around $750. To maximize my chance of a quick pick up, I submitted a bid of $850 Tuesday evening in an effort to be placed at the top of the list. The following morning I was greeted by a very enthusiastic call from Karen letting me know that one of their certified carriers, Sancrest, had picked up the bid. Wow, I was completely astounded. Karen kindly walked me through what would happen from this point on and provided great tips for things to document at pick-up to protect ourselves in case the car was inadvertently damaged during delivery.

I contacted Craig, owner & operator of Sancrest, later that day. Craig was a very kind man and you could tell he took pride in his work. He asked if it was okay if he came a day early to get the car because of a route change which worked out perfectly for us. The car was dropped off on Monday of the following week with no problems.

Needless to say, my family and I had a fantastic experience with Ship A Car Direct. Their representative Karen was a rockstar and even though I'm sure she was dealing with tons of other clients that day, she still took a personal interest in our situation. She went the extra mile for us and seemed to genuinely care which was a refreshing change of pace.
