Spoke to Dave at this company. He explained the process and answered all my questions. I had a little knowledge about shipping cars and goods due to being in the military for 30 years and understand you have to be flexible! However, I was called on a Tuesday and told I had a carrier and my car would be picked up Wednesday morning and delivered Thursday evening. I was speechless. Everything went better than planned. Price was better than expected. Carrier was on time and kept in contact throughout. There was no damage to the car, in fact he helped my daughter change her tire (it had been losing air, no fault of the carrier). Very efficient and customer oriented company.
