This is my second time choosing Ship A Car Direct as my car delivery service company. My first time was only 3 month ago and that experience provided me good impression of their service. So this time when I decide to ship my car back to California, I contacted Stefan directly, who was just the one provided me quote information and truck arrangement last time. I sent him email one day and got his reply immediately. One of my concern was that whether could I put some stuff in my trunk. After inquiring Stefan, he suggested a reasonable total load weight for me which helped me ship some of my cloth, shoes and pans without carrying them to the airplane. The truck driver came to pick my car was from the same area I lived in CA and finally picked up my car on time. Then after about one week, my car was delivered on time and to the correct place. Compared with other same kind of service firms, Ship A Car Direct has more attractive price with same efficiency. And although after I paid my deposit, they also continued contacting me to ensure all the process were all set, which is my favorite point. I will recommend my friends to use their service if they have such demand in the future. And if I have demand someday, I will first prefer to contact them to get a quote.
