We had never used the services of a transport company, so did research to find a replicable company that would provide us with a timely transport of our car from Virginia to Arizona in early October. We found that are many carriers, so decided to go with ADI that was highly rated to transport our vehicle and did not contact any other carrier. We were not disappointed. Jason, our contact, provided us with the information we desired and the timeline when we should call him, so he could arrange for our pick-up and delivery. We had a definite date after which the car could be delivered; however, we were flexible with the pick-up date to load our car on the trailer. The price we paid initially was $225 to ADI. We had to have cash or a cashier’s check for $1,000 for the driver when he delivered the car.
Jason advised as to take pictures of the car – front, side, back, top and note the odometer mileage, which we did. The car had no damage, which we checked closely after seeing the car being driven off the trailer by Adrian, our driver. He kept in contact with us when he was two days from scheduling our pick-up and then when he was ready to leave Virginia for Arizona. We appreciated Adrian wanting to keep us informed and clearly was customer-oriented. Plus, trying to maintain a schedule for all his customers, when weather and traffic are not exactly what would make for the best laid plans in this case. He came through for us and we are looking forward to requesting him, if possible, when we ship the car back to Virginia in March.
